For recruitment agencies

Get the client's shortlist out the same day the CVs come in.

Propel ranks every CV against the client's brief and gives you a summary document you can forward as your own. You stay the expert. Propel does the first read.

Sound familiar?

The first pass is the part that hurts.

Speed wins the placement

The agency whose shortlist lands first usually gets the interview slots. Reading 180 CVs by hand isn't first.

Every brief is different

Must-haves change from role to role. Propel drafts the criteria from each brief, and you tune them to what the client actually said on the call.

Your judgement is what clients pay for

Clients pay for your read on people, not for hours of skimming. Spend the time on calls with the five worth calling.

How it fits

How it fits into a recruiter's desk.

  1. 1

One position per client role, each with its own criteria, CVs and results.

  2. 2

Tune the must-haves and nice-to-haves to the client's brief, in their words.

  3. 3

Rank, then filter to the candidates who meet every must-have.

  4. 4

Download the summary: the brief, the criteria and weights, and tables of candidates and scores, with no Propel branding. Send the original CVs of your top picks as a ZIP.

What it costs

Questions

What people like you ask first.

Yes. The summary is a Word document with the job description, the criteria and their weights, and tables of candidates and scores. It has no Propel branding, so you can send it as it is or add your own.

Each account belongs to one recruiter, with its own positions and credits. Colleagues each sign in with their own account.

Not today. Propel works on CV files. Export them from your ATS or inbox to your phone's files or a cloud drive, then add up to 30 at a time.

You or your agency decide how candidates' data is used, and Propel processes it on your behalf under a published data processing addendum. It isn't used to train AI models.
