Pricing questions
How credits and plans work.
One credit screens one resume of up to two pages. A longer resume uses one credit for each two pages, rounded up. Credits are only used for resumes that were scored successfully. A resume that fails to score isn't charged.
Technically yes. The main purpose of the app is to screen resumes, and that needs credits. You also can't sign up without going through the paywall: you buy credits, choose a plan, or take the free trial for one position.
One position, with up to 2 must-have and 2 secondary criteria and up to 10 resumes, ranked once. You'll find it on the paywall at sign-up. It's there so you can see how scoring works before you pay. Downloads aren't part of the trial.
Only when something has to be scored again. Changing the weights, muting a criterion or muting a candidate re-ranks on the spot for free. Adding or editing a criterion, or adding resumes, scores the resumes that need it, and each resume scored uses its credits again. If you're short, the app tells you how many credits the run needs before anything is scored.
Pay-as-you-go credits never expire. Monthly and annual plans include a fresh allowance of credits each month.
Payments go through the Apple App Store or Google Play, so there's no separate account or contract. To change or cancel a subscription, use Manage subscription in the app, which takes you to the store.
Yes. Pay-as-you-go credit packs can be bought at any time, including while you're on Pro or Max.
