Something an application got wrong
Flagged applications are always reviewable in-app before resubmission — nothing goes out a second time without your answer being checked first.
Billing & subscriptions
Handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We can help explain a charge, but refunds and plan changes go through Apple or Google directly.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Propel is in final preparation for launch on the iOS App Store and Google Play. There's no web sign-up — the app itself is the product, and it'll be available as a download on both platforms. Join the waitlist to get the one-time exclusive launch offer.
Only if you tell it to. Autonomy is a setting you control: auto-apply lets Propel submit the moment a posting matches, up to a daily cap you set; approval-required holds every prepared application for your yes before anything is sent. You can change this anytime.
After a reasonable number of attempts on a stalled form, Propel stops and flags that application 'needs your input' — with the specific problem and what it needs from you, not a silent failure. You answer in plain text, and once Propel confirms the answer is sufficient, it re-queues the application automatically.
You choose between two modes. Typical makes cosmetic changes — emphasis, ordering, keyword alignment — where your background is already a strong fit. Aggressive makes deeper rewrites for roles that are a partial but genuine match. Either way, every version Propel generates is saved against that specific application, so you can see exactly what was sent.
Only when a posting asks for one. Propel checks the application requirements before deciding whether a cover letter is needed, and drafts it based on the same job description used for resume tailoring.
When an application requires creating an account on a job site, Propel creates it, stores the username and password securely, and ties them to that specific posting so it can return to check status or make edits later.
This feature is coming soon. Propel will ship with support for a set of job boards ready to go from your first criteria set. You can also point it at any board it doesn't already support — including a company's own careers page — and once added, that board is available across every criteria set you run.
Propel is a subscription, sold exclusively through the App Store and Google Play — pricing is set at the platform level and shown in-app before you subscribe. There's no separate web checkout.
Subscriptions are managed entirely through Apple or Google, the same as any other app subscription — via your Apple ID subscription settings on iOS, or the Play Store subscriptions page on Android.
Yes. Propel is built as a global product from day one, available anywhere the App Store and Google Play operate. Job board coverage varies by region, and you can always add a board yourself.

Privacy & data
What we collect, and why.
A plain-language summary. The full privacy policy and terms of service ship inside the app and are linked from your App Store / Play Store listing before you ever subscribe.
What Propel handles
Your resume content, the profile details you provide during onboarding, the job board credentials Propel creates on your behalf, and the history of applications it submits for you. All of it exists to do one job: apply to roles as you, with your say-so.
What Propel doesn't do
It doesn't sell your resume or profile data, and it doesn't apply anywhere without a matching criteria set you configured — or, if you've required approval, without you confirming it first.
Deleting your data
You can request full deletion of your profile, resumes, and application history at any time from inside the app, or by emailing support@usepropel.app.
